Microwave Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake (Without Butter), Kerala Style Chicken Curry – without coconut (Nadan kozhi curry), Kerala Egg Curry With Coconut Milk (Nadan Mutta Curry).  Use butter for flavor, but add a few tablespoons of mayonnaise to lock the moisture into the cake.

Cook granulated sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves. Stir up or sift your flour first to ‘loosen’ it up, then scoop the loosened flour into the cup.

Spoon the lemon icing over the top of the cake and use the back of the spoon to encourage it to trickle down the sides of the cake a little. This looks so good! Mix until smooth, then pour into the cake pan.
